Like guilt, anger is another one of those negative emotions that is fairly common when we're grieving. When we lose someone that we love, that can cause us to feel angry. Sometimes, it can be difficult to find a "target" for our anger; we feel angry, but aren't sure where to direct that feeling. So we might feel generally irritable. Or we might direct the anger at a convenient target. It is a normal reaction to a death, but if it feels as though it is not dissipating and is affecting daily life, it might be a good idea to find someone such as a grief counselor who cn help to put the feelings of anger into perspective for you.
