There are many different diagnosis for which a person might benefit from hospice services. Insurances generally have criteria for each diagnosis that someone must meet in order to be eligible for services. If a doctor considers that a condition is life-limiting, he or she can ask that they be evaluated for hospice care. Certainly, many of our hsopice patients, no matter what their hospice diagnosis is, also suffer from arthritis.
