An important question is what you mean be "grieving". For most of us, there is a sense of loss that is always with us after someone we love dies. Certain memories, events or special days will trigger our grief. That is normal. If, however, you feel somehow "stuck" in your grief after 5 years, there are unresolved issues that are troubling you, or your grief somehow interferes with daily living, then I would suggest that it would be time to talk with a counselor with expertise in the area of grief and loss.
